… and the drop in temperature and change for daylight savings has coincided with the beginnings of people beginning to get ready for the holidays. Planning. Shopping. Decorating. Cooking. Wrapping.

It’s not surprising that more people are beginning to feel a little under the weather. Heal, word cloud concept

The holidays are a wonderful thing, but I’d like to remind you to take care of yourself while you get ready to make merry with others.

Dress warm.
Get enough sleep
Drink more fluids
Listen to your body and give it what it needs
Pace yourself. You’ve got enough time to get your holidays together and a holiday with less bells and whistles but you feeling good is better than a holiday with all the trimmings including colds or flu.

Put yourself on your own holiday list and do what you need to in order to be healthy so you can enjoy those holidays
