I talk a lot in this blog about the Law Of Attraction- about how you tend to attract more of what you focus on and also other things that vibrate at the same level as those things
So if you’re focusing on crap, you tend to attract more crap; but if you’re focusing on chocolate chip cookies, you not only bring more cookies into your life, but also more hot fudge sundaes as well
It works this way because our focus sets the level your aura vibrates at, and that determines what you’ll attract/create
How do you work with this? There are lots of different ways to do this, but one way is gratitude work
There are plenty of types of gratitude work. One of my favorites is that, at the end of my day, I list 5 things that I am grateful for on FB
Sometimes it’s things that have happened in my day or people who have been a blessing to me. Sometimes it’s more global things, like modern medicine or toilet paper.
By focusing on what’s a blessing to me, I build a field of positive energy and gratitude- which draws more good things
And then I add a comment for something good I want to come- just to set the vibration for the future
