In a previous post (12/20/09 ), I told you about a wonderful technique known as E.F.T.(Emotional Freedom Technique). This is a method of energywork that clears negative emotions, feelings, beliefs and phobias through a combination of affirmations with tapping on points in the energy meridians. It’s easy and fast to do.

And it works like a charm.

This technique was developed by Gary Craig. On his website , http://www.emofree.com, are free instructions and articles on using this effectively, as well as instructional videos for sale.

At the time of my previous post, this wonderful site was going to be closed in mid-January. I urged folks to go to the site then and download the free books on E.F.T. while they were still available.

If you missed out, I’m pleased to report that you’ve got one more chance, if you step lively. The deadline has been extended and the E.F.T. website is open until March 1.

This is a wonderful technique and a wonderful opportunity;and you deserve to have access to it. I want you to have this ( as I want you to have all good things) but I can’t do it for you.

So, go now, and get your wonderful E.F.T. freebie before time runs out.

Yours, for better living,

Happy holidays! I hope your celebrations, whether Christmas, Yule, Quaanza, Channukah, Solstice or any other time of joy were happy and full of good things.

And I want to remind you that there’s one gift still left available.

One of the nicest gifts I could give any of you would be the ability to let loose of any of your “old luggage” you’re ready to get rid of. As I noted in my 12/20/09 post,  E.F.T. ( Emotional Freedom Technique) is a very simple but effective tool for clearing negative beliefs, phobias, fears and emotions.

The best site for EFT is www.emofree.com . It’s got lots of free resources, as well as DVDs for sale. The materials here put the ability in your hands to release stuff you don’t want to hold onto anymore but can’t seem to let go of.

Sadly, this site closes on 1/15/10, when it’s owner Gary Craig retires.

Happily, it’s still open now.

So, I’d urge you to check it out while you still can.

I don’t get any cut from your visit- I just like seeing folks be better able to help themselves.

See you next time

 Hi folks,

For a couple of years now, one of the techniques that I’ve been happy to be experimenting with is one called Emotional Freedom Technique ( E.F.T. , for short).

EFT is a process of combining affirmations with tapping on points on your energy meridians to clear negative beliefs, emotions, fears and phobias. It’s easy to learn, quick and easy to do,and very effective

Personally, I’ve found it incredibly helpful and effective for releasing”old luggage” that I wanted to let go of  but somehow couldn’t release (and as someone born on the cusp of Cancer and Leo, I don’t let go of anything easily 🙂 ). I’ve also seen video of its effectiveness in releasing military post traumatic stress disorder and swimming phobia.

Because it’s worked so well for me, I’ve been delighted to recommend it to other people who needed to let go of things. The site I’ve recommended is www.emofree.com, the site hosted  by Gary Craig, the developer of EFT.This site includes a free basic EFT manual, newsletter and lots more great resources, both free and for sale.

This site contains lots of useful information. It’s therefore painful to report that Gary is retiring as of Jan. 15, 2010, and  that, when he retires, the site and all of the resources close down as well.

Sigh. This is good stuff that’s helped a lot of people and could help a lot more. I understand, however, that the work’s become  overwhelming to him, and health problems are forcing him to close down. I’m just glad that I learned EFT when I did.

The bad news is that Gary Craig’s EFT site is closing down on 1/15/10. The good news is that it will remain open until then. I know that it’s the holidays and folks are busy, but I’d urge you to dash over to www.emofree.com and make EFT part of your life while theres still time.

You’ll be glad you did…

Til next time
