Changing Times, Changing Worlds… This Weekend!

On November 4-6, join Starwolf and I  at Changing Times, Changing Worlds, a three day ecumenical metaphysical convention held at the Radisson Hotel in Cromwell, Ct. Changing Times, Changing Worlds brings together people from all different parts of the metaphysical world for classes, panels and other metaphysical activities.

We’re not doing readings at this event- we’ll  be teaching classes and being on panels.

Catch my classes Let’s do Metaphysical Science , Life Balance for Psychics, Reading for Children  and A Touch of Acupressure, as well as seeing me on two panels: Got Books and Running a Metaphysical Business

And Starwolf will be teaching Everyday Carry, a class on metaphysical tools to have with you on a regular basis, as well as appearing on panels on Money & Metaphysics, Pagan Sociology, Cultural Appropriation, Sacrifice, Licensing , Elders, and Ritual Train Wrecks.

We’ll also be hanging out with some of the nicest  metaphysical folks you’ve ever run across. You should too.

My Third Class at Changing Times, Changing Worlds

In my August 15th post “Decisions, Decisions”, I talked about the Changing Times, Changing Worlds conference that I’ll be teaching at  on November 8-10th of this year

I already had two classes set up for this conference

• A Touch of Acupressure- the Point is Feeling Better  which is accupressure for the kind of health challenges you get at a convention at a hotel
• Reading for Children which is about the specialized techniques and skills you need to do a good reading for kids and infants

And Starwolf and I will also be offering

• The Starwolf and Catherine Totally Amateur Tea Leaf Reading Experiential Experience and Tea Party (possibly with cookies…) – a hands on informal experience with reading tea leaves, as well as a social gathering and good time

I’ve now been tapped for a third class – one on the Mind- Body Connection.

The mind-body connection is important, because it’s a key tool in so many metaphysical  practices, from alternative health to meditation to manifestation.

I’m in the process of planning this class now and I’d like to hear from you- what would you most like to learn about the mind body connection? When I’m creating a class, I like to make one that is as useful to students as possible, and your input would help with this.

Decisions, Decisions….

It’s August and, looking ahead into the future, in November, Starwolf and I will be making tracks once more to that wonderful convention,  Changing Times, Changing Worlds. That’s the convention that tries to bring together energetic and metaphysical folks from a wide range of pathways to spend time together, teach and take classes, learn more about our own pathways and ones other than ours, and build a bigger community.

And to have fun. But I’m sure that you know if Starwolf and I are there, there will be fun to be had.

You should come too. Check out the website for Changing Times, Changing Worlds for past experiences and the new classes, panels and other things for this year as they’re put up.

Right now, we’re going into the heavy planning/ commitment process. So far I’m committed to teach two classes

There’s also been some interest expressed so Starwolf and I may also end up reprising  something we did last year –

Meaty, practical classes so far, but I know me and I usually end up teaching 5 or six classes at this con. The question, then, is what else should I offer? The theme of the con this year is communication, so something on that would be good, but I’m not bound by this as not all of the classes have to do with the theme.
