We’re officially in Spring- and for those of us with pollen allergies, that can be a mixed blessing. The weaher’s beautiful, and all of the new growth in plants and animals, and the chance to shed your winter coat and walk around free in the fresh air-

But if the pollen makes you sneeze and wheeze, makes your eyes weep or makes you feel exhausted, its hard to really enjoy the season.

Have no fear. One natural remedy for pollen allergies is local honey. For many people, a teapoonful a day will ease or even eliminate the worst of the effects of pollen allergies. It must be honey gathered locally, so it contains minute amounts of the same pollens that are making you stuffy, but local honey is a low key natural remedy that helps many people.

So love your honey, and enjoy the spring.
