That’s two weekends gone and only one more to go at this year’s Robin Hood Springtime Festival from May 18- June 2 at 111 Lovers Lane in Guilford, Ct – and this one is going to be a grand one.
It’s Pet Weekend at the faire, and all of the cool cats and dogs will be there with their owners, shopping, catching a show or two and enjoying all of the fun of a festival in medieval England.
As if that were not enough, the faire welcomes Empty Hats and Merry Mischief , two musical groups that will get your toes tapping, and the Neville Company, a historical re-enactment of life on a 15th century battlefield. That’s in addition to the talents of the Iron Hill Vagabonds, Hopeless Romantics, the sword swallowing Jamie Fox, the indescribable Gabriel Q and a host of other entertainment
Not to mention Robin Hood and his merry men.
In addition to entertainment most marvelous, you’ll also find amazing food at the faire and shopping the likes of which has been seldom seen- including the psychics of Foresight offering readings, Reiki and my books for your delectation
