The best ways are:
1 Running Water : Immerse the crystal in running water , under a tap for instance, for 15-30 min.
2 Moonlight : expose the crystal to the light of the Full Moon .
3 Salt Water : Soa the crystal in salt water for 1 Lunar Month i.e. 28 days.

Every year at New Years’, folks set goals for what they want to do with their lives in the new year. For many of us, that means good intentions that fall apart by the end of January.

Now, I’m fine with the idea of “lose 5 pounds” or “start walking more” that are the frequent flyers for new years’ goals; but I think that we can get more out of this if we set goals that are part of our Life Mission.

Everybody has a Life Mission- something we bring to the Party of Life that noone else can bring, and doing things that are part of that mission make our lives fun and beautiful and meaningful.

So why am I talking about New Year’s goals? For two reasons:

One -Because we’re almost halfway through the year, and this is a good time to look at whether you’re actually moving in the direction of your dreams, as opposed to just beating out forest fires or doing the things that people tell you that you should be doing. What have you done in 2012 that feeds your spirit and is part of your Life Mission?

And

Two -because it’s a great time to climb back on that horse. Yes, I know that most people break those new year’s goals almost as fast as they make them, but just because you didn’t immediately succeed, doesn’t mean that you have to give up altogether.

Your dreams are important. your Life Mission is important. And it’s important that you do the things that feed your spirit and the spirits of those around you.

Almost halfway through the year, so what are you going to do?

There’s a hush in the air- an almost tangible silence, as of something waiting to be born.

Mist gathers,

And a doorway opens into a land of fantasy.

This Saturday, June 23, the doorway opens for three wonderful weekends of the Midsummer Fantasy Renaissance Faire in Ansonia, CT. Enter a world of magick, full of faeries and orcs, animal kin and trolls, honor and treachery and adventure.

There’ll be music, merriment, juggling, shopping, singing, food and drink (including mead) and just plain old good times;

And the psychics of Foresight, of course. We love a good adventure

In addition to the day stuffed full of awesome, on all three weekends, Midsummer will be offering special night shows on Saturdays only.

On this first Saturday, Hnbris dances with fire, Wyck perfoms a new act involving himself on the top of a tall flaming ladder held upright by audience members, and Daniel Greenwolf attempts to escape from the chains holding him to avoid being burned at the stake.

(I’m sensing a theme here…)
