The 11th Rune is “”Issa”. It’s sound is “I”, and its basic meaning is “primeval ice” . It can be meditated upon to bring inner stillness, and Magickaly used to cool and crystalize other forces . It can also be used to counter “firey” magickal attacks, such as curses.
