Want to have more money in your life?
Then shut the lid on the toilet when it’s not in use…..
In Feng Shui, the way you set up things in your environment affects the flow of chi or energy. This can have an effect on other things happening in the world around you. “Move your sofa – change your life” is one somewhat irreverent way I’ve heard this referred to.
One aspect of this is the belief that places where water “goes down the drain” can cause money to “go down the drain” as well.
That’s right. You heard me….
So to stay in better financial shape, along with stopping up little holes in our budget, we also need to put the lid down on the toilet, to keep the chi (and therefore the money) from flushing out of our lives.
Simple. And helpful.
