Next I’m going to outline some of the various sects or “traditions” of Wicca .
Gardenarian: The oldest Wiccan tradition, brought to public attention by Gerald Gardner in the late 1940’s.
Alexandrian : Popularized by Alex Saunders after he broke with Gardener.
Dianic : A feminist tradition from the 1960’s on that emphasizes the Goddess with little or no mention of the God.
