Ok, you have located a blocked or dysfunctional chakra . Now what do you do to fix it?
Well the method I use is a combination of Crystal Therapy and Reiki (though any energy technique will work) .
Place the appropriately colored stone on the chakra , say sodalite for the throat chakra, and beam Reiki into it visualizing the chakra spinning at speed. Check with the pendulum, repeat as necessary.
