In previous posts,( most recently 1/26/10) , we’ve talked about people having Life Missions. We’ve talked about how having a mission helps you to put your resources into doing things that support being most perfectly you,as well as making this a better corner of the cosmos.
I don’t remember if I’ve mentioned this, but doing things in keeping with your Life Mission is usually a blast. It’s often hard work, but it feels great and is usually a lot of fun.
So, if you’re looking for your Life Mission, what kind of missions are out there?
You could be here to:
- stand up for the rights of people who cannot stand up for their own…
- support Nature through planting and nurturing flowers and trees…
- Explore the joy of learning new things…
- re-awaken people to joy through making really silly jokes…
There’s a lot of missions available.
Some of them sound impressive, and some of them sound small but are really more impressive than they sound (ex: bad jokes in a weary world can sometimes be the catalyst for people to wake up from a zombie-grey life..).
Many of them concern the world around you, but some are solo missions about your own experience.
The main thing is that, when you find your mission, you’ll know it. I find that there’s a ” YES! That’s it! That’s what I’m here to do!” feeling to it.
So, how do you find your life mission?
More on the way…
